We will have 2 phases. Phase 1 will have 66 bungalows (inclusive of 2 fully furnished show house bungalows) and Phase 2 has 67 bungalows.
When is the estimated date of completion?
It is estimated to complete in Year 2021. The year of completion is calculated thirty six (36) months from the stamping of the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
Will the bungalow be inclusive of Private Lift and Swimming Pool?
Yes, each bungalow will have its own Private Lift and Swimming Pool.
Any defect warranty period/product warranty period?
The Defects Liability Period is as stated in the Sale and Purchase Agreement at 24 + 24 months. The warranty for the Lift will be in accordance to the Manufacturer Warranty.

The height between each bungalow is currently 1800mm and is subject to Authority comments.
